We sell personalized products, and keeping track of production used to be a mess :( Too many changes, notes, and status questions. Since we started using Lit, everything is tracked right inside Shopify. It's simple, easy to use, and keeps the whole team on the same page. It's saved us time, reduced mistakes, and made our workflow much smoother! I truly recommend! P.S- easy to install and manage, costumer support is great too!
