In a word: "Accommodating". In a few words, our experience with LIVEARf has been great and is ongoing. They created beautiful and automatic renderings and pricing for our newest site: wildfigemporium.com and our soon-to-be-open site, avian-collective.com. Raj and team have a great knack for taking complex concepts and making them come to fruition seamlessly. Response times were great; time to complete was terrific; communications were timely and spot-on. We're excited to continue working with them. We have been using the LIVEARf app for our Shopify store, and it has significantly enhanced our engagement with customers and partners. The app's features, especially the virtual framing and augmented reality views (LIVE VUE), provide an immersive shopping experience that helps our customers visualize artworks in their actual spaces. The seamless integration across web and mobile platforms, combined with features like LIVE CRU for image uploads and LIVE VAG for virtual art galleries, has made managing and displaying our collections effortless. This is a fantastic app with a fantastic team that supports the product! I have been using this plugin for a long time and it works flawlessly. My customers really like it. The team was great to work with when it was initially set up. They were very professional and very responsive to my requests. I highly recommend this app and company.

Not professional as they keep imposing additional charges beyond the monthly subscription fee for what should be considered standard features that the app would be useless without.
Hi ArtSouq team, A) we have highlighted the standard product is part of the SaaS pricing B) we have highlighted we already subsidized more than $1000 work of engineering work. We can’t continue to do anymore. There are many of the components we have to do the enhancements for your needs. Pls, ask yourself if someone helps this much working from various timezones for 3 cups of coffee per month. You need to understand that your vendors also have costs involved in developing the work for you. C) Just do 14 days of analysis with various Shopify partners and apps if they can do this much for you and at the cost paid to us so far. If not please pay the $120 we asked you. And you can go live immediately.

I was looking to give my customers a unique browsing experience when interacting with my shop miamiabstract.com. Livearf was exactly what I was looking for. The ability to display my pieces framed, in a 360 view or in a mockup room is a game changer. Besides the great functionality. Raj and his group were absolutely professional and attentive to all my request. They were always available to meet me and assist with any changes I had. I cant say enough good things about the app and the staff. Thank you again Raj.
