If you do live sales, this is a MUST!! It will change your business for the BETTER. Customer Service is AMAZING. Victoria is soooo helpful. APP customization is FAST. They really listen to you and truly there to help you grow!
I switched over from Videeo and couldn't be happier! Onboarding was so easy and communication from support is 10/10. I use LMU for the lives of course but also the mobile app which has been great and my customers love it. The mobile app is so easy to switch designs and layouts when you need to. The features of the live system are all clearly thought out for people who live stream. The live system itself is very user friendly, I was able to figure it all out on my first live stream. I am sure as the company grows even more features will be added. Shopify integration is seamless. My only "big wish" request is to one day have access to customer carts - see who has what in their cart and be able to edit them if needed. Thank you for a great product!
Super easy to use! I had previously looked at one of the competitor apps but so glad I found this! Excellent support from start to finish.
