Heat maps doesn't work, elements don't show up. Wrote for support 2 weeks ago, no response after trying to get in contact again.

The Live Session app is one of the best tools for understanding customer activity, offering a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation. We've been using it literally for about 7-8 hours, if not less. It's the best-made software we've encountered—we've tried at least 3-4 others. For now, we don't need the higher-tier subscriptions, but even the free version plus the trial they offer provides absolutely everything you need. We're extremely impressed; it's the best software on the Shopify App Store. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with the app. It enables me to see the customer interactions and see the potential resistance points. The UI is very clean and intuitive, it has everything I need. Recommended!
