Scroller Pro ‑ Infinite Scroll
The reviews are overwhelmingly positive, with merchants consistently praising the app’s smooth infinite scroll performance, easy installation, and useful extra features such as lazy loading, customizable buttons, scroll bars, and branding options. A major standout is the support team: reviewers repeatedly mention fast responses, kindness, professionalism, and a willingness to go beyond basic support by fixing bugs, handling custom code issues, and even coordinating with other developers to resolve compatibility problems. Many users also highlight the app’s strong value for money, describing it as affordable or even underpriced compared with alternatives. On the negative side, the reviews suggest that some stores may encounter compatibility or edge-case issues, especially when the app is used alongside other theme add-ons or custom code. A few users noted that initial setup or tweaking was needed before everything worked correctly. However, these negatives are generally framed as minor because the support team resolved the issues quickly and effectively. Overall, the app is seen as reliable, feature-rich, and backed by exceptional customer service.

A brilliant app. The staff were especially kind and helpful, dedicated to solving any problems I had swiftly. I'd definitely recommend this. It is jam-packed with especially useful features too!
I’ve tried two other infinite scrolling apps over the last few years, and none of those solutions worked well for my site. The biggest issue with the other apps was that they did not work properly with one of our theme add-ons that shows customers their recently viewed products. With the other apps, that section would get completely jumbled and the images would sit on top of each other. It looked awful, and it was the main reason we was never able to keep using any of those apps. Scroller Pro is the first infinite scrolling app that has actually worked properly for my store. The infinite scroll works smoothly, and the app also includes some nice extra features like lazy loading, a customizable scroll-up button, and a customizable scroll bar. You can adjust the look, font, and colours to match your branding, which is a really nice touch. It was very easy to install, although our site did require a bit of tweaking from Scroller Pro. I messaged them through the Shopify app, and Hasim got back to me literally within a couple of minutes and solved the problem right away. Phenomenal customer support. This app is also the least expensive BY FAR of the infinite scrolling apps I have tried, and it works better than all of them. Highly recommended!!

Awesome app, and even better tech lead! Super simple installation, great features and fantastic support. We ran into some weird glitches that required custom coding, the tech lead fixed those bugs and got the site/infinite loader looking clean and running smooth in 1 day. Highly recommend this app! A+
