Thank you very much for this package. Very smooth and professional aesthetic. One of the effects were not immediately compatible with my specific theme. But within seconds of me contacting them on the issue, it was solved. 5/5 definitely recommend this. I wish there was a way to use my own transition. Because I do actually have a nice repeating logo animation that I was hoping to use. But that's alright, the built in transitions are still good, best to keep it simple anyways.

I love how easy it is to setup a pre-loader using this app. I'm using the pro version but the free version already gives you enough to keep your site visitors happy if things aren't loading as fast as expected. I spoke to A. Kayali after there was an issue with the app and another one. A. Kayali managed to log in and fix everything within 5 minutes while giving some very helpful advise. The free plan has everything you need to kick start, with options to upgrade if you want but you don't need to! Thanks again guys.

A. Kayali was an excellent for customer support. He even helped me understand the custom services they offer to clients, for multiple loading images. I recommended he gets a raise.

This is literally a GREAT app with GREAT support. Im reading through the rest of the reviews. Dont let them deter you from trying the app. the support is very helpful and will solve each issue. in the end its totally worth it.. i highly recommend it!
