We've been using the app since about five years. As we had some trouble with the old version, they recommended us to update to a new version. So far so good. Since the update a few things are not working. The support is really incompetent to help. We have been in contact now for two months. You wait at least two days for an answer, sometimes you don't hear anything for weeks. So far we have not been helped in any way. The support used to be really great. Now it's a disaster.
