理想的な自社物流システムが構築でき、非常に満足です。 属人的だった受注処理と出荷管理が可視化、自動化され、スムーズなフローが実現できています。 弊社の場合は自社物流がメインで、予約商品や受注生産品など、多種多様な商品を取り扱っているため完全自動出荷とは行きませんが、細かなマクロ機能によって、商品単位や受注単位で出荷オペレーションが管理されるためシンプルな在庫注文は自動出荷ができています。 膨大だった紙ベースの確認作業や、出荷指示などの業務負担も大幅に減り、マイページ機能で納品書・領収書がダウンロード可能なので、ペーパーレス化と作業効率もアップ。書ききれませんがコスト以上のメリットを感じています。 また、物流委託も実現可能なシステムなので将来的な変化にも柔軟に対応できるところも有り難いです。 最近ではYoomなど外部システムとの連携も随時行われていますので、今後にも期待です。

OMSとWMSのハイブリット版で非常に満足しています。 shopifyだけではなく、楽天・ヤフー・アマゾンと主要なモールからの注文を取り込むことが出来ます。 秀逸なのは注文データをDL/ULする手間は一切なく注文から出荷まで一気通貫で運用できること。倉庫側とつなぎこみが出来れば、運用はエラーで止まっていないかどうか？を見るだけなので運用負荷は減ります。 過去不正利用で使われた住所を登録しておけばロジレス側確認フォルダに逃がすことが出来ます。 さらには、マイページ機能で納品書・請求書・領収書の対応不要。90日以内であればロジレス側からメールが配信出来るため、セグメントは出来ないが一般的なステップメールを組むことが出来ます。 倉庫と組むことが出来ればとても良いサービス。しかし通常のOMSとは違い、商品情報の変更は出来ずあくまでも注文の取り込みだけになります。 取扱商材による相性もあるかと思いますし、現状使われているOMSとのメリットデメリットを検証したうえでおすすめします。
