The team at MiniOrange are incredibly responsive and helpful. Their tools are complicated - yes - but they stand behind their products and provide hands on support at a very high level. We couldn't do what we're doing without them.

Do not install this app!!! They are over charging me over $200 a month for an app that serves no purpose at the moment. I uninstalled the app and told them to cancel the subscription and I was still charged. Now Shopify is telling me that the app owner is the only only one to cancel and they have not done so!!!!!

The customer service is excellent. Whenever I have a question, they always answer patiently and make me feel like they truly care about their customers. Overall, the service has left me with a very positive impression.
