Logiq AI: Voice & Chat Support

The AI support works really well for our shop and the results are great so far. Minus 1 star because the initial setup and getting everything ready took 2 days. But honestly, the output is worth it.

Really good app for shopify. Love that the AI shows actual product cards right inside the chat window with photos, prices and everything. Customers can just see it and click once to add it to their cart. Cut down our daily support tickets massively since day one. No issues so far.

War erst skeptisch weil die meisten Chatbots echt nerven und nur Standard-FAQs ausspucken. Die KI hier berät die Kunden aber wirklich individuell und schlägt die passenden Sachen vor. Fühlt sich echt nicht wie ein starrer Roboter an. Conversion läuft gut an seit dem Live-Gang. Daumen hoch.

Installed it mainly for the web call and phone function and it actually works flawslessly. Customers can just talk to the AI and it guides them through the store. Gives our shop a really professional touch without hiring a support team. Solid 5 stars, worth it.
