Logistified Inventory Planning

We’ve been getting set up with Logistified and have been really impressed so far. We carry a large number of SKUs and our purchasing can get complicated because some products share the same manufacturing MOQ across multiple SKUs. Logistified gives us much more flexibility to plan inventory and reorders around the way our business actually works. Nicola has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He’s been responsive, patient, and really takes the time to understand how our business and inventory structure work instead of just giving us generic answers. His help has made the setup process much easier. The forecasting and inventory planning tools have also been very useful, and we’re excited to keep using the platform as we get everything fully configured.

We use Logistified for our wholesale business, and one of our biggest challenges is managing inventory across two Shopify stores that share the same physical stock. The platform is helping us get a much clearer picture of our inventory and purchasing needs. Nicola has been amazing to work with. He has been extremely helpful with our questions and has taken the time to understand some of the more complicated parts of our setup. He’s very responsive and explains things clearly, which has made a huge difference while we’re learning the system. We’ve had a really positive experience so far and are looking forward to using even more of Logistified’s features.

We had been using Stocky for purchase orders, forecasting, and reporting since moving to Shopify three years ago. When we found out Shopify was sunsetting Stocky, we were devastated—until we found Logistified. After our first call with Nicola, we immediately felt a sense of relief and knew Logistified was going to be a great replacement for Stocky. We’ve now been using Logistified for about a month and a half, and we can firmly say that this is a BIG UPGRADE from Stocky. The Purchase Order functionality is excellent and offers a ton of flexibility. We can create custom views based on exactly what our team needs, scan products to add them directly to a PO, scan products when receiving inventory, and even print labels directly from the PO. Overall, the PO functionality is a significant upgrade from what we had with Stocky. The forecasting functionality feels familiar coming from Stocky, but Logistified offers far more customization. We can add products to a PO directly from a forecasting report or have a PO automatically populated based on a forecast view. The ability to customize these workflows around the way our business actually operates has been extremely valuable. Reporting is also incredibly extensive, with a wide range of options for creating custom reports and views. Being able to save reports tailored specifically to the needs of different members of our staff makes it even more useful. Finally, one of the most impressive—and most critical—aspects of Logistified is the man behind the software, Nicola. He is EXTREMELY responsive to questions, feedback, and enhancement requests. Over our three years on Shopify, we’ve learned that one of the most important factors when choosing an app is the quality of the development team behind it. Logistified’s dev team is among the best we’ve come across. If you’re moving away from Stocky and are worried about finding a replacement, we highly recommend giving Logistified a look. For us, it hasn’t just replaced Stocky—it has been a major upgrade.

We recently migrated from Magento to Shopify, and finding the right tools to fill the gaps left by that move was a top priority. It goes well beyond being just a Stocky replacement, it's a full-featured solution for purchasing, receiving, and inventory management that fills gaps Shopify's native tools simply don't cover. Little touches like being able to design and print your own custom barcode and shelf tags show how much thought the developers put into real day-to-day warehouse workflows, not just the basics. On top of all that, the support team has been outstanding. Every question we've had has been met with fast, knowledgeable responses. Between the depth of features and the quality of support, Logistified has quickly become the most valuable apps in our Shopify stack. Highly recommend it to any merchant looking to level up their inventory operations.

Logistified is a powerful platform that does a better job than Stocky at creating forecasts and auto-sending POs. I've asked for 2 additional features and they were on top of those changes ASAP! Great program, great service.

We have been extremely impressed with Logistified! The platform has been a great addition to the way we manage our inventory and purchasing, and the ability to integrate it with ChatGPT has taken it to another level. Being able to analyze our inventory, sales history, suppliers, purchase orders, and purchasing needs through ChatGPT has been incredibly helpful and has made the decision-making process much easier. Their support team has also been wonderful to work with. They have been responsive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist whenever we have had questions. We are still discovering everything Logistified can do, but so far we are very happy with it. The ChatGPT integration in particular has been amazing and has a tremendous amount of potential for our business. We highly recommend Logistified to anyone looking for a better way to manage inventory and purchasing.

I've been using this app for about a month or two. For someone with no background in logistics, this app has a steep learning curve because it basically seems to be able to do just about anything related to inventory. However, I'm very impressed with the customer support. Every time I have a question, Nicola has answered my question, fixed a bug, or implemented a new feature just for my purpose alone. I use over 15 Shopify apps, but the support on this one is simply among my top 3. Highly recommended.

In my opinion, their companion applications Logistified and Assemblified are the best options for adding ERP functionality to your operation. The developer is highly responsive to feedback and focuses on usability. Not only does the application offer a high level of functionality, it is also highly aesthetic and our employees enjoy using it most importantly. ERP systems can be difficult to implement but Logistified is the best choice whether you are just starting on your journey and Logistfied is your first ERP function or you are a sophisticated operator coming from another platform. Additionally, Logistified now has support for AI agent access or MCP (the Model Context Protocol) so you can interact with AI on a conversational basis regarding your data. Logistified continues to improve on a frequent basis.

Great app and great support! Awesome functions and is a complete logistics tool not just forecasting. Compared to other apps where you just get a forecast without knowing whats going on under the hood this is a ferrari vs a lada at similar cost.

When I learned that Shopify was sunsetting their Stocky app I was concerned. It worked well for my small wine shop, where creating and receiving purchase orders is our lifeblood. As I searched for an alternative I found some that were expensive and way more complicated than I needed and others that fell short. Then I came across Logistified and it was just right. Even before I committed to the app I experienced outstanding, human, customer service. Now that I am using the app my questions are answered quickly and expertly. I am at the beginning of my Logistified onboarding but each day I discover new, useful things it can do. And their willingness to add new features based on suggestions has been awesome. If you are a Shopify refugee like me look no further, I wish I had found Logisitified sooner as it does every thing we need, wanted, and has us thinking about doing even more with the app's capabilities. Switching to Logistified from Cin7 has been one of the best decisions I've made for the business. It far exceeds Cin7 both in what it can actually do and in the level of support behind it. The team is genuinely 10/10, fast, helpful, and they clearly care. And the new MCP connector for Claude is next level. Being able to manage POs and inventory through Claude has completely changed how I work. If you're weighing this up against the bigger names or smaller, this is the one. Highly recommend.

This app saved my life! Literally, I used to spend sooo much time manually collating products, and because it was manual things would be forgotten. I also tried Ultimate Purchase Orders but it was very limited with what it could do. Nicola and the team have been exceptional and have even developed additional features that I needed for my business. Now so much of my stock processes are automated and my team can manage stock receiving and management without me - it's been a gamechanger!
