Logistified Inventory Planning

We recently migrated from Magento to Shopify, and finding the right tools to fill the gaps left by that move was a top priority. After evaluating a long list of alternatives, we landed on Logistified, and it's been a fantastic decision. The other options we looked at were either missing important features, or were expensive and included features we didn't need, while still falling short in key areas. But Logistified checked virtually every box we had. The feature set is genuinely impressive. It goes well beyond being just a Stocky replacement, it's a full-featured solution for purchasing, receiving, and inventory management that fills gaps Shopify's native tools simply don't cover. Little touches like being able to design and print your own custom barcode and shelf tags show how much thought the developers put into real day-to-day warehouse workflows, not just the basics. On top of all that, the support team has been outstanding. Every question we've had has been met with fast, knowledgeable responses. Between the depth of features and the quality of support, Logistified has quickly become the most valuable apps in our Shopify stack. Highly recommend it to any merchant looking to level up their inventory operations.

Logistified is a powerful platform that does a better job than Stocky at creating forecasts and auto-sending POs. I've asked for 2 additional features and they were on top of those changes ASAP! Great program, great service.

We have been extremely impressed with Logistified! The platform has been a great addition to the way we manage our inventory and purchasing, and the ability to integrate it with ChatGPT has taken it to another level. Being able to analyze our inventory, sales history, suppliers, purchase orders, and purchasing needs through ChatGPT has been incredibly helpful and has made the decision-making process much easier. Their support team has also been wonderful to work with. They have been responsive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist whenever we have had questions. We are still discovering everything Logistified can do, but so far we are very happy with it. The ChatGPT integration in particular has been amazing and has a tremendous amount of potential for our business. We highly recommend Logistified to anyone looking for a better way to manage inventory and purchasing.

In my opinion, their companion applications Logistified and Assemblified are the best options for adding ERP functionality to your operation. The developer is highly responsive to feedback and focuses on usability. Not only does the application offer a high level of functionality, it is also highly aesthetic and our employees enjoy using it most importantly. ERP systems can be difficult to implement but Logistified is the best choice whether you are just starting on your journey and Logistfied is your first ERP function or you are a sophisticated operator coming from another platform. Additionally, Logistified now has support for AI agent access or MCP (the Model Context Protocol) so you can interact with AI on a conversational basis regarding your data. Logistified continues to improve on a frequent basis.

Great app and great support! Awesome functions and is a complete logistics tool not just forecasting. Compared to other apps where you just get a forecast without knowing whats going on under the hood this is a ferrari vs a lada at similar cost.

When I learned that Shopify was sunsetting their Stocky app I was concerned. It worked well for my small wine shop, where creating and receiving purchase orders is our lifeblood. As I searched for an alternative I found some that were expensive and way more complicated than I needed and others that fell short. Then I came across Logistified and it was just right. Even before I committed to the app I experienced outstanding, human, customer service. Now that I am using the app my questions are answered quickly and expertly. I am at the beginning of my Logistified onboarding but each day I discover new, useful things it can do. And their willingness to add new features based on suggestions has been awesome. Switching to Logistified from Cin7 has been one of the best decisions I've made for the business. It far exceeds Cin7 both in what it can actually do and in the level of support behind it. The team is genuinely 10/10, fast, helpful, and they clearly care. And the new MCP connector for Claude is next level. Being able to manage POs and inventory through Claude has completely changed how I work. If you're weighing this up against the bigger names or smaller, this is the one. Highly recommend.

Logistified is an outstanding solution for all of your purchasing & forecasting needs. We have used several solutions over the past 5 years & this app is leading the way by far. The value for your money is incredible. We have used apps for 10 times the price of Logistified & they offer far less value. This app saved my life! Literally, I used to spend sooo much time manually collating products, and because it was manual things would be forgotten. I also tried Ultimate Purchase Orders but it was very limited with what it could do. Nicola and the team have been exceptional and have even developed additional features that I needed for my business. Now so much of my stock processes are automated and my team can manage stock receiving and management without me - it's been a gamechanger! I highly recommend this app for anyone that needs clever stock and logistics management for their business.

We wanted to leave a honest review based on our real experience. Over the years, we have used three different apps, each for about a year. Every one of them had its own strengths and weaknesses, but none truly met all our expectations. Recently, we switched to Logistified, and it finally feels like we have found a hidden gem. The system works smoothly, is reliable, and makes our daily operations much easier. Logistied is on another level when it comes to having everything organized in one single app. The integration between POs, inventory management, landed costs, forecasting, reports, and RMA handling makes daily operations much smoother and easier to manage. The forecasting tools are amazing, the reports are detailed and easy to understand, and the overall system helps save a lot of time compared to managing multiple platforms or spreadsheets. It’s been a huge improvement for our workflow and operational visibility. On top of that, their customer support is awesome, very fast, responsive, and always willing to help. You can really tell they care about their customers and are continuously improving the platform. Highly recommended for any wholesale, distribution, or e-commerce business looking to scale operations more efficiently.

We’ve had an exceptional experience working with Logistified—specifically with Nicola. We were transitioning from Stocky, and even though we knew it wasn’t the best fit for us, there’s always some hesitation when trying something new. Nicola completely eliminated that uncertainty. Our team uses Logistified to support our forecasting and overall inventory management. In full transparency, we’ve had a few complexities due to the way our business operates that didn’t perfectly align with the initial setup in Logistified. However, the team has been fantastic throughout the process—taking the time to understand our needs, implementing several of our suggested improvements, and adding others to their public task list so we can easily track progress and see when updates are being worked on. Finally, a real alternative to Stocky! I had been searching for a solution that doesn’t just match Stocky but actually goes beyond it — and that’s exactly what Logistified delivers. The team continuously builds new and genuinely useful features that make a real difference in day-to-day operations. The new Stock Transfer feature, for example, has been a big win for us. You can tell this isn’t just a maintained app — it’s actively developed with Shopify merchants’ real needs in mind. The onboarding was excellent as well. I had a great conversation and a very helpful introduction with Nicola — knowledgeable, practical, and straight to the point. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern, powerful alternative to Stocky.
