I had an exceptional experience with Mateo! He was incredibly kind, supportive, and patient throughout our interaction. Mateo took the time to truly listen to my concerns and offered thoughtful guidance every step of the way. What stood out the most was how personal and attentive the experience felt—he even complimented my website, which was such a lovely touch! I couldn't have asked for better customer service.

BEE Logo has free plan available and has a fair premium price. Its mobile and desktop integration is quite nice. Particularly, it is possible to recolor the logos in a unified color quite easily. To remove the "power by" message you need to contact the customer support but the reaction time is swift and my contact THEO was very nice a fast.

Super app avec une version gratuite. Facile d'utilisation qui répond à notre besoin si vous souhaitez ajouter une bannière contenant des logos sur votre site pour plus de différenciation. Un service client rapide, bienveillant et international. Je vous la recommande !

5/5 Stars for this app and for the support i got from Theo. He is a real G. We had like 7 different things for the logos, titel, title font, and customs css code that we wanted to change and they did everything without hesitating, now it looks so cool. Thank you very much again :)

The service was absolutely great. Theo was friendly; he let me know what was going on and where we were in the process, He was personable, genuinely interested and fully engaged in the conversation. He was very thorough in explaining what and how to use the app, and he even told me what to do if I ran into some scenarios that, had he not mentioned them, I would not have been the wiser about unless they occurred while I was using the app. So now that I am aware ahead of time of the possibility of an issue and how to overcome it simply and quickly, my productivity won't be affected. My time is very important to me, so receiving that little bit of information during a time of unavoidable downtime is already is very much appreciated. Thanks again, Theo.
