The service was absolutely great. Theo was friendly; he let me know what was going on and where we were in the process, He was personable, genuinely interested and fully engaged in the conversation. He was very thorough in explaining what and how to use the app, and he even told me what to do if I ran into some scenarios that, had he not mentioned them, I would not have been the wiser about unless they occurred while I was using the app. So now that I am aware ahead of time of the possibility of an issue and how to overcome it simply and quickly, my productivity won't be affected. My time is very important to me, so receiving that little bit of information during a time of unavoidable downtime is already is very much appreciated. Thanks again, Theo.

I needed an app to display logos at the bottom of my homepage and found BEE logo. It is a great and easy to use app. Also very quick and personal service in case you need help. 10/10 would recommend!

Super schneller und freundlicher Customer Support! Mein Anliegen wurde innerhalb Minuten gelöst. Schöne App mit vielen Features die man konfigurieren kann. Very fast and friendly customer support! My issue was resolved within minutes. A very nice app with tons of customizable features.

I've had minor tech issues twice for which I needed customer support. Each time I was quite surprised that the founder of the company responded to my inquiry! Leo quickly resolved each of my issues and was very responsive. I appreciate how easy the logo banner was to add to my Shopify site and how professional it looks.
