I used this app to create a gallery on my pages. It is the worst app that I have ever seen. I would like to rate -1
Hello Limerick, We are sorry for that you were not satisfied with our application. We are here to to assist all our customers to make sure they are completely satisfied with app experience. We have over 100 reviews with customers rating my app 5star and praising customer service. So a 1 star review really hurts us. We notice the following things making us SUSPICIOUS that this is a fake review from our competitor. 1. You installed the app today at 12:43pm on 3/21/2020 and uninstalled it in less than 1 minute. 2. You installed app again at 1:33pm on 3/21/2020 and uninstalled again in 5mins. 3. Both times charges were not accepted. 4. The first step is to create and name gallery. This was not performed. 5. You posted a 4 star review which reads - I used this app to create a gallery on my pages. It is a good plugin, which gives multiple types of layout 6. This was immediately updated to 1 star review that you can see above. 7. Customer support was not contacted with any issue you are facing. 8. Store is password protected i.e store is not live. All these events make us very suspicious of the intention of 1 star review. We have sent you an email so that you can share your issue and we would resolve it asap. We will be also raising this issue with Shopify Apps team about this suspicious activity. Time of reply posted - 1:54pm on 3/21/2020

This app is very straightforward and easy to use. I had some problems with the app on my website and contacted support and they fixed it right away. Highly recommended.

I love this app! I had a question about my lookbook page, and I was answered within minutes of submitting a support request. Great service!

This App does what it says. It is simple and easy to utilize. Customer support is also prompt. I inquired today (Sunday) about reordering the images (which is intuitive, but I overlooked) and had a response within an hour. Highly recommend.

So honest review. When I first used the app I almost stopped using it because I was overwhelmed by the lack of tutorials to use it and I was at the point where I'm tired to learn new apps but I gutted through and it was actually pretty easy to use. Some stuff weren't working on my chrome browser for some reason, but fine everywhere else so its something wrong on my part. Anyhow I contacted customer service and wasn't expecting help right away because of the lack of chat support, but.....the customer service turned out to be amazing!! They respond almost immediately and fixed problems that would have taken me days or a long time at the least to fix! I would recommend this app to anyone. What I'd love in the future for this app is a tracing feature where you can trace the product shapes instead of the dots :)

We used the app for a photo gallery on our site and it's awesome! It was important for us to be able to give photo credit so being able to add the photographer's name and URL to direct people to their website was a bonus. We did reach out to support for help for URL to open in a new window instead of directing them away from our website and they were very quick to respond and help. They fixed it right away!

This is a very easy-to-use app with a fast responding support team that helped us customizing our lookbooks exactly the way we wanted them. Definitely worth the pricing!

What a GREAT App!!!! Does exactly what it has to do and improves the imagery. I was building the website and needed to show my products images in detail This App helped to make my jewelry look wonderful and I am happy that I am chose it. I suggest this App to anyone that is building there store and needs to show off there products.

I've been using this app for the last month and it works great out of the box! I installed and tested quite a few of the top-rated apps similar to this and none of them even come close to what this app offers. One of my favorite features is the ability to embed the lookbook you make on any page of the site. This makes it super handy when using it in tandem with an app like Shogun to build a fully custom shoppable lookbook. The embedded lookbook works great on desktop and mobile! I had a few tweaks I needed help making and support got back to me within an hour and fixed everything I wanted help with. I can't imagine an easier to work with shoppable lookbook app!

The Zooomy App is exactly what we needed. Easy to install and setup. Love the button functionality as well. Would highly recommend!
