I've had a very positive experience using the Lookfy app. The interface is extremely easy to use, which made the setup process smooth and efficient even without a steep learning curve. One of the biggest advantages is how the app helps increase product visibility. The gallery layouts and hotspot features allow us to showcase multiple products in an attractive and interactive way, which greatly improves the browsing experience for customers. What truly stands out is the customer support. The team is very friendly, attentive, and highly responsive. Whenever I requested adjustments or shared feedback, they addressed it quickly. In one instance, I encountered a critical issue related to the default size selection behavior in Lookfy Gallery that caused serious concern for my store. However, the team resolved the issue promptly and professionally within a day. Special thanks to Cuong and Tinh for their amazing support. Their quick response and dedication made a huge difference. Overall, I highly recommend Lookfy to anyone looking to improve product presentation and engagement in their store. The pricing is also very reasonable considering the value it brings to our store.
