I recently added the Looky app to my Shopify store, aiming to leverage its 'Shop Similar' feature. Initially, the button didn't appear right off the bat, which prompted me to reach out to the support team. To my surprise, they responded incredibly fast! They explained that certain themes require additional steps for integration. True to their word, they swiftly handled everything needed to get the button up and running. It's not every day you see such proactive and helpful support!
