I'm very excited to work with Shiphero after transitioning away from a couple fulfillment companies whose systems and processes were very difficult to use. So far inventory receipt has been fast and I'm looking forward to the affordable shipping costs.

ShipHero is awesome and I had a great experience with their reps, especially with Bela who helped me start the fulfillment process and was super informative and helpful!

ShipHero is easy to use and affordable. They don't charge anything for services unless your products stay in their warehouse for over a month. The shipping fees saved me $2 per product and I don't have to go to the post office 3x a day anymore. They were friendly and easy to work with.

Clara, Bel, and Bella are a blessing. Using a shipment fulfillment center is certainly better than self-fulfillment but it also has its headaches. Which is what makes Clara, Bel, and Bella a tremendous asset. Where there is an issue they jump right on it. Compared to ShipBob where they open a ticket or tell you to just look at the knowledge base articles. It's refreshing to have actual people putting in the effort. So thank you.

Just switched to ShipHero, and I am 100% loving it, the whole process is easy and there are no hidden fees, and I can't actually believe how fast they process the inbound orders and shipments. Thanks to Andrea, Mari, and Bela for all their help! Keep up the good work.

Overall, I've been happy with Shiphero. I have had a few "bumps in the road" but Shiphero ultimately addressed the issues. I really like the automated fulfillment process not only through my direct Shopify store sales but also through ebay sales. From a customer service perspective, I've mostly been dealing with Clara who has been very helpful!

So far so good! We sent some inventory into ShipHero to try their fulfillment service out. We had some specific requirements for packaging that had to be worked out, but once they were worked out, everything has gone smoothly. Clara is absolutely wonderful and gets right back to you right away to resolve any issues that may come up, and Andrea was great in getting us set up initially. Of course, the basics need to be covered with any fulfillment service, but the great service has made me more confident in handing over a key part of our customer experience. We will be sending more and more inventory to ShipHero as our business increases!

ShipHero is a great service. I honestly had a sync problem with their software when they first received my inventory, which caused a few orders that were already fulfilled in my store to be shipped by them again. But I have to say that their support was quick and very attentive helping me solve this issue. They are available through direct intercom chat during all traditional working hours, and they go above and beyond to make sure they are addressing all your issues properly. The logistics part is also excellent. They ship your orders quickly (most of the time on the same day) and I had no issue with a single shipment from them. So congrats on that area as well. If you want my constructive feedback, I would say you should make your dashboard software more clear. Sometimes it is hard to understand exactly how many units you have on hand in the warehouse. Also, you could implement a ton of other features like a more detailed 'out of stock prevision' and many other useful features. Anyways, that's just my opinion. Again, shoutout to the customer service girls, you were awesome 100% of the time, this really makes all the difference.

Shiphero Fulfillment is what you'd expect and want from a modern fulfillment centre. They are software driven, problem solving, and customer serving. Their pricing is transparent and competitive, their reports thorough, and software outright just works. It works really well. We joined their services when there was a spike in demand, and they needed to scale out of nowhere. They did an amazing job during the transition, scaling their business and showing that they can deal with these turbulent times.

This app is miles better than using typical old software fulfillment’s centers have. Customer support is excellent which is the most important thing to me in the fulfillment process. A pleasure to work with and a vital part of our business

Overall great app. The customer service representatives go out of their way to assist you with any issues and the dashboard is very user-friendly. I had one poor experience with a slow customer service response. I complained about the issue and the team responded quickly (specifically Danielle), and resolved it almost immediately. I look forward to working with Shiphero as my fulfillment service. Bel is always very helpful as well!

I switched over to ShipHero because of reading all of the positive comments on here and it’s 110% TRUE! Their service is amazing. When I shipped out my bulk order, it checked into my fulfilment Account so quickly. Customer support is always there to help you in seconds with their chat box. My dashboard is so organized, I just love it! Thumbs up to the Team.
