Our integration of the Lyris AI Sales Assistant into DieStadtgärtner's Shopify store has been great. The setup process was swift and seamless, ensuring immediate synchronization with our products and content. The most notable result from implementing Lyris was the significant sales uplift. In an A/B test with over 30,000 visits, we observed an increase in revenue per user (RPU) by more than 15%. This demonstrates Lyris's effectiveness in guiding customers to suitable products. What sets Lyris apart, however, is its ability to provide valuable insights through chat analysis. Each customer interaction is an opportunity to learn more about our audience's preferences and needs.
