The reviews for the Shopify App are mixed, with both positive and negative aspects mentioned. On the positive side, many users found the integration process to be easy and seamless, and reported that the app helped drive sales and increase customer acquisition. The customer service team was also praised for being helpful and responsive. However, there were also several negative reviews from users whose applications were rejected. They expressed frustration with the lack of explanation and poor customer service, and felt that the app was not supportive of small or new businesses. Some users also mentioned issues with fees and refunds. Overall, while the app has its benefits in terms of ease of use and sales generation, there are concerns about the application process and customer support.
Totally Useless Only installed the app and had automated response saying "As a data driven company, we look at a number of factors including search volume and product catalogue size as a proxy to determine if our customers would be likely to search and buy your products. I have not filled the application in! So it pretty much is not allowing you to use this Shopify should be removing this app

My business was rejected which I do understand their repsonse on the one hand, but given that I will be stocking some of their top searched brands I find it slightly short sighted in the short term. It would have been nice to be supported as a new independent store.
Thank you for your feedback and for your interest in working with Lyst. At this point in time, your store’s profile does not fit our criteria for new partnerships and we’re unable to accept your application. We are dedicated to delivering value to both our customers and partners so would like to be transparent about the chances for success on Lyst: When reviewing new partnership opportunities, we reference the level of demand for the brand that we see from our customers. Right now, because of the way that Lyst is used (predominantly as a search tool rather than for discovery), we typically find that brands with less awareness simply don't get surfaced enough to users in order to drive meaningful performance. Please note that we do review these metrics regularly so should our position change, a member of the team will be in touch. With best wishes, The Lyst Team

No good, no good , no good.
