LYVECOM: Shoppable Video & UGC

We really liked this platform and had a positive experience for quite some time. However, since the acquisition and subsequent rebrand, support appears to have completely disappeared. At this point, we have been unable to reach a single person at the company. We’ve emailed support, our account manager, company leadership, and every contact we can find with no response. The silence has been concerning enough that we’re questioning the long-term stability of the platform. What’s especially frustrating is that their website still allows customers to book support calls through an automated assistant, but the meetings are assigned to former employees who are no longer with the company. The follow-up emails then bounce back because the email addresses are inactive. We’ve sent multiple requests for assistance over several weeks and have received no acknowledgment whatsoever. Looking through recent reviews, it appears we’re not the only customer experiencing this issue. Technology platforms evolve and companies change, but completely abandoning customer communication during a transition is unacceptable. We hope someone from the company sees this review and responds to one of our many support requests before we’re forced to move to another solution. As it stands today, we simply cannot get ahold of a single person at the company.

We've been using them for the last 6 months and it has been nothing short of extraordinary. The support is responsive and helpful. The onboarding video is crisp and clear. It definitely adds a degree of legitimacy and authenticity to our store. We love the scrollable UGC as it speaks more than reviews and in a different way. The price is a little steep, so would love if it could hopefully come down in the future, especially for up and coming stores. Some feature ideas that might be really helpful: - If a user purchases from our store, is it possible to know if they interacted with the Lyve widget. This way we can truly know and attribute it's ROI. - Speed up the app/widget so that it doesn't slow down the page as much. Thanks for the great app!! :)

Both this app and the team involved are amazing - they hold your hand through implementation, respond quickly to any questions, and are constantly releasing new features. We've built Lyve into our product pages, standalone pages for ad traffic, homepage modules, and more. A completely indispensable product - cannot recommend more!

We’re new to the platform but can already see its potential. If you’re a social media-active brand with your own or UGC content, you need this app. The integration is seamless, and it looks like a natural part of your theme. One of our favorite features is the ‘buy now’ button on the videos and the ability to configure bubbles for individual SKUs. But the best part is the support—super quick to respond, very helpful, and friendly.

Live Selling? Lyvecom is the one!! After much searching we found an app that seamlessly integrates into all of Shopify including inventory. Even better the Lyvecom team is amazing to work with and very responsive.

Lyve is relatively a newer player in the shoppable video game, and they are crushing it. Implementation was swift and easy thanks to the dedicated team. Their support and nimble ability to release new features beat many other tools out there.

Just getting started with this app and Max has been phenomenal and helping me get going! Every question I have asked he has answered me quickly and even jumped on Google meet calls to make sure I was comfortable with everything that I was doing. I recommend this 100%.

Awesome team to work with and super easy to implement. Conversions are much higher for live shopping while using LyveCom vs going live using other third-party social media platforms alone. Even better, we are able to stream to our other platforms simultaneously!
