SO FAR I cant get products to synce from Shopify to WALMART. I reached out to M2E and have not heard back from them

Buongiorno, l’App M2E Multichannel Connect è davvero utilissima per automatizzare la gestione dei vari marketplace. La utilizzo quotidianamente tra Shopify e Temu, e presto anche su TikTok, per l’elaborazione dei prodotti e degli ordini. L’assistenza è molto preparata, sempre disponibile e pronta a intervenire per qualsiasi necessità. Un’app eccellente, che semplifica il lavoro e fa davvero la differenza. Meritatissime 5 stelle.
Anfangs muss man sich etwas an die App gewöhnen, aber sobald alles eingerichtet ist, funktioniert sie einwandfrei. Ich habe den Support mehrmals kontaktiert und stets sehr schnell eine Antwort erhalten – mir wurde jedes Mal zuverlässig weitergeholfen. Ich kann die App auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
10/10 SO FAR + AMAZING SUPPORT M2E has made multichannel selling much easier for us. Connecting Shopify with Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, and OTTO was straightforward, and the product and order sync works reliably. What truly impressed us, though, is the support. Even though we’re still growing and not a large enterprise client, we were treated with real care and priority. Ann, who supported us, was exceptional — fast, patient, and genuinely committed to helping. In some cases, she even recorded screen videos to walk us step by step through errors and explain the exact solution. That extra effort made a huge difference for us. It doesn’t feel like just customer support — it feels like having a partner who wants your business to succeed. We’re genuinely grateful and highly recommend M2E.
