We started using Mark360 for WhatsApp abandoned cart messages and order updates, and it has been really helpful. Many customers who used to leave without buying now come back after getting a WhatsApp reminder. Order status messages on WhatsApp also reduced customer questions because people know exactly what’s happening with their order. Messages go from our own brand’s WhatsApp, not a delivery company, which customers trust more. Setup was easy and the team helped whenever we needed. Overall, it made our store experience better and increased sales.
