The app seems to work well when using the provided rates, but it lacks functionality when connecting personal shipping accounts. Users have mentioned difficulties in viewing and selecting rates when processing shipments, leading to potential delays in fulfillment. Something tells me the developers don't have a lot of experience on the shipper side of things. Everything that's here works fairly well but it was either thrown together as fast as possible or perhaps made with a lack of insight on what someone shipping through a webapp would typically have to do. It works fine if you are using their rates, but if you are connecting your own Canada Post account to use your own rates you are not even shown what rates you're given or choosing from when it comes time to process a shipment. The features here are so half baked I'm beginning to think that this will actually slow us down in terms of shipment processing time. eg. when on the e-commerce page a store that sells both in store and online would have to filter the orders by tags, location, shipping method, etc. Once you have done this and you are seeing only the orders you need to process you can not change the sort order of the columns, and you cannot save the view with the selected filters. So every time you go to ship an order expect to do this all over again. On that note, this app has the ability to read orders — yet if you try to ship an individual order you cannot import the order (even though it requests the access required to do so). Every other platform offers this. There is no point of offering an integration with Shopify if the only thing you can do is see the orders come in and then fulfill it. If you ship a small number of products, every box is the same size, and you never ever need to ship a one off package, or decide on an order by order basis what shipping options are required then this app will work fine you. If you are a small business shipping multiple products mainly through Canada Post then this tool only adds steps and complications to your fulfillment process. Canada Post's default web shipper will be faster. We currently copy each orders address line by line from Shopify admin and paste into EST 2.0, which is ironically 2-3 times faster than shipping a single order through this app.

Slow, expensive even with their "lower rates", doesn't show prices in batch mode, you have to choose a service before and go back to change service if price isn't good. There's better alternatives.
