DO NOT USE MACHOOL! We have had SO MANY lost packages and ridiculously late deliveries! We have lost so much money with this company. Our customers are furious and so are we! This has been the worst shipping experience BY FAR that we've had in our 11 yearz of business. Their "last mile" partners are terrible, unless you are Amazon (they use UniUni and Intelcom). We have so many unresolved tickets still outstanding. We used Machool for 3.5 weeks and we are STILL dealing with undelivered/lost packages. STAY AWAY!

Excellente application. Fonctionne vraiment très bien. Facile d'utilisation. Recherche le meilleur prix chez les transporteurs. J'aurais du installer bien avant! En 2, 3 clics l'expédition est créé, la commande est traité et le numéro de suivi est envoyé au client!

They charge unexpected fees and the shipper doesn't get paid so we pay twice. Didn't get support to solde the problem.

Slow, expensive even with their "lower rates", doesn't show prices in batch mode, you have to choose a service before and go back to change service if price isn't good. There's better alternatives.
