I reached out to Madgic Order Limits Quantity support with questions around multi-currency behavior, as our future store operates with multiple currencies. I received a response very quickly after submitting the request. Ryan reviewed our setup in detail and clearly explained how currency conversion works within the Madgic app. He confirmed that for min/max order value rules, the amounts must be configured in the store’s default currency. For example, to enforce a €150 limit, we needed to convert the amount and set the rule as £129 GBP, which worked exactly as expected. He also confirmed that the rule would correctly prevent customers from placing orders once the limit is reached — exactly what we needed.
