The worst marketing agency that we have ever worked with. The media buyers they provided were of very low quality and did not show any progress. The media buyers they provided were of very low quality and didn't show any progress. They didn't explain their strategies to us and didn't provide weekly reports as promised. We didn't expect to see a 10x ROAS in the first or second month, but we did expect to see some signs of progress and winners. They would turn ads on and off based on their personal beliefs, not on data. We have to give them credit for covering up their teammates' mistakes through lies and deceit. We signed up for Madgicx because of their positive online reviews of their software, but we couldn't comment on it since the media buyers were incapable of applying it to our ads.
