Incredibly helpful and responsive support. They actually listen to feedback and will implement improvements you recommend. Product functions as described. I dock a star due to the lack of customization of post side navigation. Right now, it's just a list of category links similar to Wordpress default. Overall, great app. I'm certain it'll only grow and get better the further along its development cycle it goes.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the SEO Optimized Blog app by Magefan! The support is fast and efficient, which has helped me multiple times. I particularly appreciate the integrated translation tool, which makes managing a multilingual blog incredibly easy. The ability to link individual blog posts directly to a product page is another big plus. The app is also extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. A clear recommendation for anyone looking to optimize their blog and SEO strategy!

On the homepage, the blog module takes more than 5 seconds to load, which is extremely slow. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they didn't even check if there were any code conflicts in the backend. Instead, they asked a bunch of questions and then said, "Oh, we will improve it," which was no help at all.
Thank you for your honest feedback about our Blog app. We really appreciate it. In your initial request, you said it loaded 3 seconds so we asked additional questions to understand how the widget is applied and whether it's been customized through the CSS option. Since all changes are added to the app directly from our side, speed optimization isn't something we could improve instantly. We've now made the required changes to make the widget load 2-3- times faster and reached out to notify you about them. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other improvement suggestions.

This is a really useful blog app which has loads of features and benefits you'd expect to be able to build a fully functioning blog area on your website - way better than the Shopify version. We've gone from not ranking for any of our blogs, to getting organic traffic since we moved from our previous blog app. The customer service and support is exceptional, any issue we've had or suggestion made has been taken on board to make the app even better.
