On the homepage, the blog module takes more than 5 seconds to load, which is extremely slow. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they didn't even check if there were any code conflicts in the backend. Instead, they asked a bunch of questions and then said, "Oh, we will improve it," which was no help at all.

In your initial request, you said it loaded 3 seconds so we asked additional questions to understand how the widget is applied and whether it's been customized through the CSS option. Since all changes are added to the app directly from our side, speed optimization isn't something we could improve instantly. We've now made the required changes to make the widget load 2-3- times faster and reached out to notify you about them. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other improvement suggestions.
