Persistent Cart Recovery by Magefan allows ecommerce merchants to automatically sync carts across devices and browsers, reducing cart abandonment rates. The app stores cart contents for up to 5 weeks and recovers them instantly on the customer's next visit. Built-in analytics track revenue generated from synced carts. It does what it says and we don’t have any issues.
We had customers complaining their cart disappears when they switch devices. Installed this and the issue is gone. Works well so far
Works well overall. The persistent cart feature is nice and setup was easy. Would be cool to have a bit more detailed stats, but for the main purpose it does the job.
