Experiência extremamente decepcionante. Contratei o plano pago e o valor foi devidamente cobrado. Após várias horas em contato com o suporte da Shopify e da Auglio, a própria Shopify confirmou que o pagamento foi processado e recebido pela Auglio. Mesmo assim, a empresa se recusou a liberar meu acesso ao aplicativo e também não ofereceu reembolso. Fiquei sem acesso ao serviço pelo qual paguei e sem uma solução adequada após diversas tentativas de contato. Pela minha experiência, o suporte foi ineficiente e o problema não foi resolvido. Não recomendo este aplicativo.
