I had issues with their product as soon as I added it to my cart on my store. I reached out to their support multiple times and even requested a refund, but no one responded. Honestly, it feels no different than a scam.

The customer service is really great with this group! I received an email & a call right away when I messaged with a technical question. Kiril was very helpful, patient, & answered all of my questions.

Great Product I use it myself would like their home page to be more informative

Terrible experience. Slow communication, and they make constant promises they can't keep without following up with constant back and forth. They charge more for their soaps than what their app advertises, and when I inquired I received no response. In addition the quality of the packaging is laughable the package art made to their specifications runs on top of other font. I would be embarrassed to put my name on this product, and Shopify should be ashamed to have them on this platform.
