We use this app on multiple stores, and rarely if ever have any issues. If we ever do have a problem they fix it for us immediately. Customer service is easily reachable, fast, and polite. Highly recommend.

Besides being a great app, the support team at Magic Zoom Plus is phenomenal. We had a problem with the app conflicting with a part of the products section. After contacting their support, they quickly logged in and fixed the problem. I am very impressed by their quick and thorough customer support

LAST EDIT: After receiving a new message from the support, I realized that the mistake was mine. I had ticked the retina image switches for the zoom and the gallery which had caused my images to display too small. All fixed now and the app is back on our Website. Many thanks to Paula for her help! I decide"d to keep the entire review as it is as it may help other people who may face the same issue ;) This app is great! EDIT: I’m disabling the app today while concerns #2 and #3 are being addressed. However, the way my images are displayed on click is the real deal breaker. When the gallery opens, the images appear even smaller than in the initial view. Unfortunately, this is completely counterproductive and pushes visitors to close the gallery. I still don’t understand why the app can’t display images the way Shopify does natively. While Shopify’s approach sometimes enlarges images too much (depending on the original size), at least visitors get a proper zoom when they click. It’s a shame because otherwise, this app is very well done and probably ideal for businesses that can share full-resolution images without concerns about counterfeiting. INITIAL REVIEW: I have been using this app for a couple of years now and I'm globally very satisfied! It does what it says and doesn't slow down our Website. To top it off, it's super fairly priced with a one-time payment! Only missing features to make it perfect are: - the ability to zoom expand beyond the actual size of the image (like a digital zoom effect). Because if your images are not big enough, the expanded view makes no difference with the initial size. - a feature to force all images to display at the same size in the gallery view - a feature to display the image captions in the gallery (not when zoomed or expanded)

This is not only an exceptional app, but the team are SO responsive. Just had an issue there and it was resolved in under 15 minutes from first contacting them, that's mad-fast!

I installed this app on Corano theme. It seemed to work well. But after a crawl from Ahrefs I lost 22 top ten pages and 30 positions. Over 500 of my photographs showed sizing errors. This may have been a conflict with another app that I had installed- VF image resizer. With any explanation, it was a huge mistake and set me back months in SEO.

Brilliant! I installed it with the click of a button and it worked immediately. It has improved the look of the product pages astronomically. Easy settings if you want to refine the look. It also fixed a previous product image issue where when clicking on it loaded the image into the parent browser tab. It looks much better than it did before. Had a little teething issue to begin with and support was very quick to respond and resolved it very promptly. Highly recommended. 5 Stars !!

This APP is fk amazingggggg , i have tested almost all apps similares never happy , MAgic Zoom plus is gold....

Their customer service is SO prompt and helpful!! We recently had a technical issue and they fixed it within 24 hours. Other apps take days.... Really love this app!! I do wish they had a direct chat button (vs e-mail) but understand why they don't. Love this app!

Just installed this app to Minimal theme in Shopify. Install process was very clear along with what to expect during each step. My products immediately have the very nice zoom-in magnifier so the details of the images are available without having to have all the extra close up photos. I also love the thumbnail carousel options. The one time purchase price is a great deal and refreshing compared to all the subscription based apps that I stay away from for the most part. If the details in your product is a selling aspect this app is 100% worth it.

Updating my review since MZP tech support fixed everything that was not working and in fact made it function even better than I expected! I've been using this for a couple of months now and it's perfect. Exactly what I was looking for and my customers love it. Great tech support and customer service

Great App and Great very Responsive Support, that does not only understand their own app, but also Shopify as a whole, which is important when it comes to bugfixing or tweaking the app to make it fit your style or needs. Highly recommended. And as others have mentioned, you purchase a ONE TIME COMMERCIAL LICENSE. NO BS monthly fees like with 99% of the apps on Shopify.

I have been using this app for many years to improve the visual experience of our images and it delivers. Only recently did I need to reach out for support to make a couple of improvements and the support I have received from Igor has been excellent, Fast responses and custom improvements to suit out needs were implemented super quick.
