Had some issues in the beginning but after about a month they were able to fix it.

*Updated Review Feb 10, 2016 Contacted by Jake, a second rep from their customer service department, a couple weeks after canceling and was very pleased with his help. He installed the app for us and customized it as well. He was quick to respond, followed-up with each email, and was very thorough. Much better customer service than the first rep. Very pleased with the app now. Jan 8, 2016 Unfortunately, not the best experience for us. We've never left a negative rating before, however, we paid for the upgrade and have had nothing but problems. Tried contacting the support team, received an automatic reply email stating the response time was "52 hours" - not the greatest customer service.

Great app, never had any problems with it. However, I had to contact support due to Shopify changing the variant images feature, and Igor responded very fast and had it fixed within 4 hours.

The installation and support was easy and great. This app helps our customers see more detailed views our our products seamlessly from our store. Since we sell natural women's eyelashes, sometimes our clients like to zoom in to see the difference in quality as compared to other websites. This app has worked great for us so far. Thanks!

Excellent app, easy to configure (so many options!) & great support too. If you're after something to really enhance your customer experience, then this is a must have.

Perfect and just what we needed. We had a couple glitches with our theme that they corrected for us right away.

This is a very good app! Has quiet a few customization options to fine tune it per your requirements. Once the images for a product load up, the zoom in feature works very well on mouse scroll over. If you are into selling products which are bound to cause customer queries on details, invest in this and save your effort.

I've been using this app in my store for several months now and love it. It gives the customer the option to get a closer look at the product by zooming in, and also allows to take off the branding, and some other customization. Great app!
