Fourth store on Magistry. The onboarding is now a routine: connect Shopify, answer the brief, let it configure the store, then work through the short "your turn" list. The AI helpdesk setup is sensible, you choose how much it may do on its own and it never moves money without a cap you set. What I appreciate most is that it shows its sources: every proposal links to the data it came from, so you can check it yourself. Recommended if you run more than one store.

Started a home decor store from scratch and used Magistry for the whole buildout: brand setup, shipping zones, legal identity, Shopify pixel, cookie consent, Merchant Center compliance and the first Shopping campaign. The compliance checks are the most useful part for a new store — it tells you exactly what Google will object to before you submit. Scheduled social posts and the AI helpdesk are a bonus. Very good value for what it does.

UK boutique with a 9,000-product feed. Magistry builds and manages the Merchant Center feed itself, flags disapprovals per product with the exact reason, and lets you fix titles, tags and labels from one place. The customer-service inbox syncs our Outlook folders and drafts replies in our tone for approval. It replaced three separate tools for us. The onboarding takes some patience, but the chat inside the app explains every setting when you ask.

We run a Canadian fashion store with 1,200+ products and connected Magistry to Shopify, Google Ads and Merchant Center. What sold me is that it reads the actual data instead of guessing: it spotted that our conversion count didn't match our order count and that our click IDs weren't being recorded, two things our media buyer had missed for months. The Brain proposes moves with its reasoning attached and nothing runs until you approve it. Support answers fast and in detail. Five stars.

If you really want a top program for the security of your merchant account an app where you can also do your own media buying, plus email handling, disputes, product research and competitor analysis — then I highly recommend diving into this. Everything is possible and everything works great. On top of that, the support is excellent: whenever you have questions, you always get quick help and a fast response. Life changing!

This is probably the best system i ever used in my entire live. Everything, and litterly everything is in this platform. It runs my whole store autonomous, from customer service to social media posts to the google ads, reputation management, market research, adding products, discounts, the google merchant center, tracking, google ads, meta ads, Pinterest. Everything. its insane. I recommend this to everyone, its the future

The built-in assistant is shockingly good. I ask it plain questions — "which products are cannibalizing each other?", "import these expenses into the right store" — and it actually does the work, asking smart clarifying questions before it touches anything. Running multiple stores from one dashboard with this much automation used to be a dream. Now it's just my Monday morning

Dispute Shield alone pays for the app. It auto-builds the evidence package for every chargeback, including verified tracking, and submits it. I won three disputes last month that I'd normally have written off because the paperwork wasn't worth my time. Add the feed syndication and reputation monitoring on top and it's a no-brainer for a growing store.

I was bleeding money on Google Ads and couldn't tell where. Magistry's server-side tracking and POAS bidding showed me which campaigns were actually profitable on margin, not just clicks. Cut my wasted spend by a big chunk in the first month and the Campaign Agent keeps tuning budgets on its own. The fact that it bids on real profit instead of vanity ROAS is the whole game. Wish I'd found it a year ago.

Magistry runs the boring (and the hard) parts of my stores for me. The catalog manages its own lifecycle — winners get scaled, seasonal lines vault and revive themselves before the peak. The Google Ads agent optimizes on real profit/POAS instead of vanity ROAS, and the server-side tracking finally gave me attribution that matches my bank account. The CS agent matches incoming mail to the right order and drafts replies in my own tone of voice, Dispute Shield builds chargeback evidence automatically (won two I'd have written off), and Otto, the built-in assistant, handles messy jobs like importing expenses across multiple stores by asking smart questions first. Everything runs in approval mode until you trust it, so you stay in control the whole way. If you run a serious DTC operation, this is the most capable Shopify app I've used. Highly recommended.
