Trust the poor reviews! I decided to go ahead and give them a try, and when I decided to pay for my 10k+ subscriber list they had a 30% off for 3 months. I clicked the link to apply this discount and it didn't work. So I reached out to customer service. The first rep (Andrew) refused to honor it as it doesn't work with Shopify billing them. After about 10 emails back and forth I left a poor review in their system for his customer service and a manager got back to me. The manager (Daniel) offered me about 40% of one month as a credit and I mentioned how I don't understand the math. He then said you are correct! And lowered his offer to 30% of a month. And will not offer the 30% of 3 months. I will be taking my business elsewhere as I recommend you do as well.

We've paid over $200 to MailerLite for our subscription, and we migrated our subscribers from Mailchimp. We've completed the configuration, compliance, domain authentication, etc., yet after sending out our first campaign today, our account has been blocked and "Placed under review". We've only used 10,000 of our UNLIMITED monthly emails and 10,000 of our 15,000 allowed subscribers. They've blocked me from contacting customer support, as it requires us to submit it from our logged-in account page. I also can't delete my account or manage it in any way. So what now?

I connected this app a few days ago and I hadn't enabled the app in my app embedder so I thought it wasn't working. Chat support connected in minutes and my issue was sorted within 10 minutes and I was up and running adding my shopify produts into my emails. Happy days
