J’ai installé Mailo un peu par curiosité, sans trop y croire. Au final, ça a vraiment changé notre quotidien. On reçoit beaucoup de messages clients (surtout des demandes de suivi de commande), et là, tout est géré automatiquement. L’app répond vite, c’est clair, et même les messages en anglais ou en allemand sont bien traités. On passe beaucoup moins de temps dans les emails, et les clients sont contents d’avoir une réponse rapide. C’est pas parfait sur 100 % des cas, mais pour tout ce qui est récurrent, c’est super efficace. Bref, je recommande si comme nous, vous en avez marre de répondre aux mêmes questions tous les jours.

J’utilise Mailo depuis quelques semaines et je suis vraiment satisfait. L'IA répond automatiquement aux emails, ce qui me permet de gagner un temps précieux, surtout quand il y a beaucoup de demandes. L'intégration avec Shopify est fluide, et la configuration est relativement simple. Ce qui m’a vraiment impressionné, c’est l'équipe derrière Mailo et le support disponible. À chaque fois que j'ai eu une question ou une difficulté, l’équipe a été réactive et m’a aidé à résoudre rapidement le problème. Ça change vraiment la donne quand on sait qu’on peut compter sur un support efficace. Ce que j’apprécie aussi, c’est que l’application ne remplace pas totalement l’humain, elle m’aide simplement à gérer les demandes simples. Cela me permet de me concentrer sur les cas plus complexes et d'améliorer la satisfaction client. Mailo n’est pas parfait, quelques petites améliorations à apporter ici et là, mais dans l’ensemble c’est un excellent outil pour alléger la charge du support client. Je recommande sans hésiter !
