We’re a small family business, and honestly, this whole experience has been really frustrating. Our CPA tried to find any info on Managemate and their team but came up with nothing. So my son reached out to their support, and they actually told us they “prefer to remain anonymous.” How does that make any sense? You expect me to trust an app with our payroll, staff, and Shopify data, but you won’t even say who’s behind it? That’s just shady. Really disappointed and honestly a bit shocked. No way I’d trust this app with our business.
Dear Customer, You never contacted us, and records show you haven't used the App after installation. We respond to customer support requests on a same-day basis and would have been more than happy to schedule a support call if needed. ManageMate is a public App, public company, and a trusted Shopify partner serving many businesses - a simple google search would have given you all the answers you need. We do not share our employees personal information in any circumstance.
