Wir nutzen Mandelbaum nun schon eine ganze Weile und sind durchweg zufrieden. Das Onboarding war erstaunlich unkompliziert und intuitiv. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der direkte Austausch mit den Gründern. Sie nehmen Feedback offen auf und hören sich Ideen für neue Features mit echtem Interesse an. Im Arbeitsalltag überzeugt vor allem die gezielte Steuerung der Suchergebnisse: Relevante Produkte zu boosten oder gezielt abzuschwächen klappt reibungslos und hilft bei der Steuerung der Kampagnen. Das Backend bleibt übersichtlich, und jederzeit ist die volle Datenkontrolle gegeben. Außerdem laufen die Suchen superschnell und absolut zuverlässig. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und empfehlen Mandelbaum jedem Händler, der bei der Suche keine Kompromisse will und das volle Potenzial seines Shops nutzen möchte.
