In the beginning I believe their team was going through through some changes in positions of staff so getting started took quite some time but when they were working with us it was very seamless. Once we signed up the team dedicated time to us regularly and quickly responded and resolved all issues and concerns. Manifest has definitely increased our sales and AOV. It has freed up our live chat agent by 95% as well. We're very happy thus far and look forward to seeing the future and growth for our brand.

Great platform, it does a good job helping reducing the workload from our team, it's not yet perfect but it's good enough to use. The team has been very, very helpful with accommodating all of our request requests and our is committed to improving the platform constantly. So far, we are pleased with it.

Fantastic Solution with Amazing Support! We're absolutely delighted with the Manifest AI Shopping Assistant. It has perfectly filled the gap in our customer service by using their smart AI sales assistant. The chatbot is super intuitive and handles customer questions like a pro, which has really lightened the load for our support team. A big shoutout to the support team at Manifest AI! They're incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any questions or tweaks we need. Their commitment to providing excellent support is truly impressive. Overall, Manifest AI has been a wonderful addition to our Shopify store. If you're looking to boost your customer support and drive sales, this is a must-have. Highly recommend!
