The app has been a great feature to the website, allowing customers to receive information quickly. The AI features are good and it uses information from our website as well as information we have uploaded very efficiently, it is also very easy to amend chat responses and train the AI. The app is continuously improving with new features which has made it easier to manage. Very happy with the app functionality.

We are grateful for the spirit of partnership and collaboration from Manifest AI. Installation was simple, and training the chatbot was easy and customizations were not necessary. The technology has proven to be very accurate, and intuitive, and the support from Vivian and the Manifest team is very responsive, and solution oriented. We are excited about learning to optimize the tool and taking advantage of its many features.

I have had a positive experience so far - the app is 10/10 and works like a gem. Working with Vivian, my support agent has been great. He helped to set up the application to work effectively and a weekly check-in is going above and beyond. I had a few questions which Sonakshi attended to immediately and fixed them. Wouldn't recommend any other app, Manifest is the way to go.

The app has been great and has contributed 30k in sales in just 30 days. It has freed up our teams time and has improved our conversion rate on the store. I would definitely recommend.

NOT FREE! It says FREE, no Free Plan or Free Trial, FREE! False advertising, and a big waste of time and effort setting it up, just to delete it an hour later.
