We’ve had a good experience using Manifest AI (Milo) on our Shopify store. The chatbot integrates well and helps customers navigate products quickly, which improves the overall shopping experience. What stands out most is their support team. They are responsive, collaborative, and willing to work through custom logic requests with us. There is still room to improve, but the team has been proactive in helping us refine the setup. Overall, it’s a strong tool backed by a team that stands behind their product.
We recently set up the Manifest chatbot for our Shopify ecommerce site and the setup process was straightforward and clear. Everything was well explained, our information was imported from our Shopify site, and we were able to get it up and running much faster than expected. What truly stood out, though, was the support. Vivian was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was responsive, patient, and made sure every question we had was answered clearly, just genuinely supportive guidance that made a big difference.

The app has been a great feature to the website, allowing customers to receive information quickly. The AI features are good and it uses information from our website as well as information we have uploaded very efficiently, it is also very easy to amend chat responses and train the AI. The app is continuously improving with new features which has made it easier to manage. Very happy with the app functionality.
