Basura, no son responsables, te inventan contracargos, aun no haz dado el paquete y ya tienes un cargo por sobrepeso. Reclamas y se hacen los desentendidos. Deje de utilizarla. Y como si fuera todo, generas guías y vas a dejarlas a paqueteria y la guía ya está utilizada. Tanto pagas la guía duplicada como un sobrepeso de una guía que no te reciben en DHL.

No recomiendo esta plataforma, tienen muchos problemas y cuando intentas solucionarlo los asesores se tiran la bola y nadie te ayuda. La recarga para tener los servicios es muy alta y las tarifas al inicio son buenas pero cuando ya haces una segunda recarga de 4000 obligatoria los costos se elevan y ya no puedes hacer nada mas que gastar ese saldo. Los asesores hacen que les cuentes tu problema como mil veces y te dejan en leido. Bastante desgastante.

NO CAIGAN, ES PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA! Te ofrecen una tarifa más barata que la competencia a cambio de que les compres cierto número de guías. Se los pague, al inicio sí me daban esa tarifa pero al poco tiempo ya no y siempre se justifican con "hay una intermitencia con la paquetería" TODOS LOS DÍAS! Entonces sólo te dan opción para que uses las tarifas más caras. De verdad, busquen otro proveedor y ahórrense los dolores de cabeza.

CUIDADO. Les pague $500 pesos para guías y me depositaron $497. Además, no funciona la conexión con Shopify. Abstenerse de esta aplicación.
