This app updates tracking info but doesn't trigger Shopify's native notification "delivered" what's the point then?
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We saw your support request and replied with instructions, as our app does trigger Shopify’s native Delivered notification when it’s configured correctly. After testing a lot of apps, this is the first app that allowed me to trigger the native delivered email to the customer and mark the order as delivered properly. Very good app. I recommend
