We started using Market Sync to connect Shopify with Amazon, eBay and keep our inventory, orders and tracking all updated in real time. It does exactly that — orders from different channels show up right in Shopify without manual work. Setup wasn’t perfect first time due to some customisation we made but with the help of support once it’s running it just works everyday.

Deze app is echt super. Wij gebruiken deze al enige tijd. Bij vragen is de helpdesk altijd direct bereikbaar, en staat ons altijd heel vriendelijk te woord en lost evt probleempjes direct op. Super service!

Very Good Multi‑Channel Sync! It makes managing multiple marketplaces much easier. Inventory and orders sync reliably, the dashboard is user-friendly, and support is helpful. A solid choice for sellers on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and more!

De app werkt echt goed, stock updates in de ene richting, en orders uit bol in shopify trekken zonder probleem. Dikke duim.

Eindelijk een app die doet wat ze belooft! We werken al jaren met Bol.com als marketplace en hebben in het verleden de koppeling van Channable gebruikt. Hoewel dat prima werkte, liepen de kosten al snel flink op. De Tom-IT app is wat dat betreft echt een verademing: je kunt veel zelf instellen en hebt tegelijkertijd de zekerheid van snelle en goede ondersteuning. Precies wat je nodig hebt om efficiënt te werken zonder onnodige kosten.
Wat een geweldige review, dank je wel! Fantastisch om te horen dat Market Sync precies biedt wat je zocht: flexibiliteit, betrouwbaarheid én een eerlijk prijsmodel. We vinden het belangrijk dat merchants zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar altijd kunnen rekenen op snelle support wanneer dat nodig is. Werkt goed, simpel en bij een eventueel probleem (2e keer in paar jaar pas gebeurd) is de helpdesk snel en adequaat. Dus gewoon goed, functioneel en precies waar het voor is gemaakt.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to, saves time, and is easy to use once it’s set up with help from support. Tom is super friendly and always helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to connect marketplaces with Shopify!

Customer service is nowhere to be found. I wanted to integrate with POD foods and It made me uninstall the Faire integration app (which is free) because it was not compatible. So I had to integrate through them (so then they charge a fee for that) but they need an API Key that Faire was not able to provide unless I create a custom app with my own developer which I dont have. I asked for help and I am still waiting, So it is a no for me.

To clarify: you can continue using the original Faire integration for free, our app does not interfere with it as long as you dont connect faire with our app too. Have been using this app to connect with Bol.com and have found the setup to be smooth and intuitive. Orders and stock get synced properly and there are several useful settings (for example to assign a different order number to orders that arrive through the app). Reason for giving a 5-star review is the support team! Have found them to be very responsive and taking actions when needed. Keep up the good work!

This app does not work. I've downloaded the app, and was never able to see one product from shopify in their app, to upload to Ebay. When I reached out to customer service, they were not there because they're based in europe. So waited till the next day, they were onine, but nobody responded. They finally sent an email stating that they did not had shopify permissions to sync products outside of shopify, so basically shopify is preveting them to operate. Do not choose this app, waste of time and money.
