I highly recommend Flexible Fulfillment to any small business shop owner looking for a reliable, user-friendly app to manage their vendor fulfillment process. This app is incredibly straightforward and will automate how I communicate with vendors about customer orders and help me track when orders are fulfilled. I couldn’t be happier with the app and the team behind it (shout out to Thomas!). What really stands out, though, is the team’s communication and customer service. They have been excellent in answering my questions, and when I requested some customizations to the app, they were more than willing to implement them platform-wide. It’s clear that they really care about enhancing their product and providing the best experience possible for their users. In addition to their excellent service, I appreciate that Flexible Fulfillment is priced right for a small company trying to grow. Overall, my experience with Flexible Fulfillment has been positive and pleasant, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a simple, reliable fulfillment app.
