Installing the app was simple and easy, while the process of setting up the application and integrating my various ad accounts and Shopify products was very intuitive. The platform takes a little bit of time to learn but it is not overwhelming technically and once you understand how the platform works, you can have everything set up within an hour. Plus, they provide various video tutorials for you to review and their support team is available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have. They also offer onboarding seminars and regularly conduct YouTube videos and product updates. I will update this review once I have more analytics to provide on the short and long-term benefits of using Markopolo.ai
