Markopolo AI has been a great addition to our store. The abandoned cart recovery automation works well, and we noticed more customers returning to complete their purchases. The AI personalization makes the messages feel natural instead of repetitive. Easy to set up and worth trying.

This app made our marketing much easier. Setting up abandoned cart and browse recovery campaigns only took a few minutes. The personalized messages have improved our customer engagement, and we've already seen an increase in recovered orders.

The behavioral intelligence is impressive. It identifies when shoppers are likely to leave and engages them with relevant messages instead of generic reminders.

I recently started using Markopolo's Shopify App to advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and Google - and it has definitely taken a lot of stress out of launching multiple ad campaigns from scratch. The key selling point for me was that Markopolo leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to run high-converting, targeted campaigns while automating all the busywork. It even recaptures lost audiences across platforms due to cookie loss, ensuring a direct lift in revenue. With pre-built audience presets, a combined dashboard, AI copy generation, and more, this app has everything I need to run successful campaigns. Installing the app was simple and easy, while the process of setting up the application and integrating my various ad accounts and Shopify products was very intuitive. The platform takes a little bit of time to learn but it is not overwhelming technically and once you understand how the platform works, you can have everything set up within an hour. Plus, they provide various video tutorials for you to review and their support team is available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have. They also offer onboarding seminars and regularly conduct YouTube videos and product updates. I will update this review once I have more analytics to provide on the short and long-term benefits of using Markopolo.ai

The app does NOT support Google's Content API for Shopping which enables the merchant to automatically upload product listings and so make their products easily discoverable through Shopping ads. Furthermore, they did not attend the "recommended" Zoom. It's a horrible app and service. A total waste of my time and energy. Avoid this app like the plague.
