Laid Back Links review for MaxBundle ‑ Product Bundles

At first the bundle seemed to work great, took a little time to get it set up properly but not too bad. The trouble came when my first orders using the bundle came in. The Maxbundle was only supposed to discount a specific bundle, instead it discounted all the items in the cart and I lost a lot of profit, almost costing me money! I reached out to support and that took 2 days to get back to me. After sending them the requested screenshots/urls etc to solve the problem they have completely ghosted me and no response in over a week. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BUNDLES DO NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH THE SHOPIFY CART. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT WASTING YOUR TIME
