This is a clean, well-written app that does everything you need it to. It's well-thought-out to meet all your booking needs. Even if you don't fully understand it at first (like I did), the customer service team is quick to respond and very helpful. They went beyond my question by scanning my booking settings and providing excellent advice. They genuinely want to help make your website the best it can be. This is my favorite Shopify app.

This APP is great! I have tried so many and this is the only one that does everything in one! Can't believe how much it does and how easily it integrates with everything. So simple to use. I had a issue with linking and the team got back to me straight away with the answer. Very happy. Do yourself a Favour and use this one first to avoid all the hassles!

I was a professional web designer for 25 years (and now a hypnotherapist building my site on Shopify just for the easy features since I don't have a lot of time) and I have used A LOT of apps and I gotta say this one is THE BEST! Awesome service from Macie, excellent response rate and able to give suggestion (options) on how to implement the booking form on my site. App navigation is clean and easy to grasp. Can't recommend enough. Got to test out their instant booking feature. Definitely best booking app at the moment!

Difficult to work with, seems to want you to pay to use basic features like setting custom hours.

Super fast and easy to set up! Makes the transition over from Calendly to this super seamless. Very easy to work with, has all the features of so many of the paid Apps with no drawbacks. Yvonne was also a great help with a few questions I had and I swear I had everything entered and only in less than 30 minutes! Only thing I'd love to see added in the future is the ability to style the popup window with fonts to Natively match your theme and customize some further colours (my OCD kicking in!) But in terms of functionality, this was the best of all the options I found by a considerable margin!

We've tried several appointment booking apps, both paid and free. However, we found Meety: Appointment Booking to be the best. Their customer support team, especially Macie, Hannah, and Lizie, is outstanding. They helped us fill in the gaps and get our online tutoring business up and running. I am very enthusiastic about the operator's real-time support with every request. The application turned out to be an excellent solution to my needs. This has to be the best appointment booking app ever, ive used a few others and they always have some paywall behind it, the support behind this app is on another level, they are always there to help if theres any issues ! i highly recommend this app as its free right now and i dont know what the future holds for it !!!
