The fact that they are letting this app be free since they are new and fixing any bugs is amazing. so far the customer service has been stellar and the app has a lot of customizations. I love that the support team genuinely wants feedback and takes notes on improvements that could be made. very much recommend!

I’ve been using the Meety app for a month now. Since it’s new to me and I recently switched booking systems, there have been quite a few changes. However, I’m pleasantly surprised by how easy the Meety app is to use. I’ve discovered multiple ways to utilize it. The customer support team is incredibly responsive—I had a question, and they got back to me within an hour! I'm really impressed!

I was looking for a flexible booking tool to easily manage appointments virtually and in-person for a single product. I have a product based store so this was something I wanted to only apply to one product. The support team was super helpful, jumping in and finding multiple solutions to my issue, and taking the time to help implement it and follow up to make sure it was working properly. Really appreciate both Macie and Hannah's support (it was over the weekend as well!). Great app and support team.

There's no denying the obvious: Meety: Appointment Booking is the best app for booking appointments via Shopify. The customer support team is top notch (special thanks to Grace: you're a gem!) and even though the app didn't work ideally with my premium theme at first, the dev team created code especially for my site, entirely free of charge. As for setting up the app within my Shopify interface, it's all so simple that even a non tech-savvy girl like me was able to create her own appointment pages in no time. I can't thank the Meety customer support team enough and am very grateful to be working today thanks to this app. If any colleagues ask me which app I use for my online appointment booking, I'll be happy to pass on my appreciation for Meety!

Having tried a bunch of different apps with pay walls and restrictions Meety was a welcome change. Better even than the App working the way we needed it to was the customer service. It was above and beyond, Grace in Support walked us through step by step, solved problems and made what was a hard experience with other apps, easy! Couldn't recommend more.

I’ve tried multiple booking platforms over the course of a year for my business but meety has been the best so far. Everything is easy, there is so much versatility to cater to your business needs as well as the fact that there is a live agent who is able to help you out so much! My agent was Hannah, and I am so grateful for her help and extra effort in helping me edit my page when I did not know what to do. I would recommend this extension to anyone and everyone who is looking to add services and booking scheduling into your Shopify store.
