This is a stellar app that has sophisticated features compared to many of the other schedulers out there. Excellent integration with calendars, flexible bookings, notifications, everything you need... and excellent chatline support when needed. Give this one a try for sure.

Although Meety is a new app, they provide a good customer service support and are willing to work closely with their users to address any teething issues. They are quick to respond to our feedback and follow-up promptly with adjustments.

Installed this app last night as we want to offer 1-on-1 consultations that customers can purchase on our website. I love the Google calendar integration along with the zoom integration that automatically creates a link. If a change is made an update is sent. Support has been fantastic and Macie was incredibly helpful in helping me find my way around. I recommend this app!

People only write reviews for two reasons. When someone has done an amazing job or when they’re unsatisfied. This is a kudos review. It’s after 11 PM my time and I had the pleasure of speaking with Grace. I was having trouble setting up my variant options for one of my services and Grace was able to jump in and assist me no hesitation. She even offered to send a collaborator link in order to assist me further. By far the most above and beyond service I have received. It is people like Grace that keeps the world turning. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this application, not only for its integration with Shopify, but also because of the stellar customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

Meety has almost everything I needed for booking with checkout function. app. The support team is great and they were quick to address some of the limitations that were customisable on my end. They will be implementing more features in the future, such as the ability for customers to reschedule on their own, and I look forward to using them

Absolutely amazing customer service. Especially Lizie. Couldn't understand the app and how to use it but she did literally everything for me and helped me set up the whole app to my liking. Really appreciated and recommended.

Love the fact that Meety is so easy to set up and use. The features and customizations are really great. More than that, the prompt customer support is what blew me away. Every time I was met with a doubt about the app, I got a resolution within minutes of asking for help. Special shout-out to Macie, Lizie and Grace for being so patient and helpful. Keep up the good work guys!

I've tried other calendar apps that have an embed option, but they were clunky and I was unable to do any branding. Also, in order to take payment, it was an extra charge and it had to be done outside of Shopify. The Meety App changed all of that. Integrated into Shopify, and outstanding customer support make changing to this app a no-brainer. As a painter, jewelry maker, and intuitive energy coach; Meety is going to be a BIG part of my growth as a business. Highly recommend!

This app has almost everything the other paid appointment apps have. There are still some tiny kinks here and there but the customer service is super helpful and responsive. Definitely one of the best customer service I have experienced.

I moved to Meety after struggling with 2 other meeting apps. Meety does exactly what it says, and meets all my business needs for booking visitors at our cellar door (unpaid/instant) and also special events (paid/checkout). The email customisation is great, documentation clear, and behaves just as I hoped. As per other comments, the support team has been absolutely fantastic (Macie, especially!!). I had an issued caused on Shopify side, and the dev team jumped on a fix super quickly. As a newer app, the team is super-responsive to any gaps or quirks. But honestly, I've seen many more issues with longer-established apps - and less interest to fix them. Do yourself a favour, get onto this app!

I haven't used Meety yet, but while setting up my store, I was met with the issue of payment integration with Calendly/having to upgrade to the paid plan. I love that Meety is a native app to Shopify so I don't have to manage anything extra, and the customer service is extremely quick and kind! Looking forward to using this app soon!

I've worked in customer service for a long time in high end 5 star hotels and also Apple. Today, I stumbled upon this app, which at first, looked daunting so I went to chat support. I was greeted by Macie who has been 5 star service since the start of our conversation. She has listened to all my questions and made sure they have been answered and with details. She has been incredibly patient with me as I have been learning the new app for my business. If people could be served all day like the way Macie has served me today, this world would be a better place! If I had a business where I were to hire staff, I would have Macie on my team in a heartbeat! Can't wait to see where this app takes our business.

I was searching for a booking app for a while and came across meety. It has all the functions I need and the support team have gone above and beyond with all my questions. I am still in the initial stage of integrating it to my website but so far so good and you can match it in and customise it well! Will know more once it is live and bookings have commenced but really happy with the app so far! Belle has been great too!
