Meety: Appointment Booking App

I have been researching multiple apps to handle my bookings. This app is still in development but their development team is quickly unlocking more and more features. Their customer service is on point. I've had challenges with my setup and within minutes the issue has gotten resolved due to their customer support. Kudos to Macie, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has resolved so many things efficiently. Keep up the good work!

Just starting using but it was very easy to integrate the app and figure out. I had one little hickup setting up but they were very responsive and answered me pretty quickly and everything appears to be working great now. Belle was very helpful in getting everything figured out and offering other ideas and tips. Looking forward to a lot of bookings! Thanks!

Exelente aplicacion, completa, eficiente y el soporte realmente es exepcional. agradezco mucho a Grace por estar siempre al pendiente y ser tan amable y eficiente. he probado mucha apps de agendamientos pero ninguna iguala a meety, realmente 5 estrellas. Recomiendo a toda la comunidad de shopify a integrar esta app. realmente increible

I was looking for an app to meeting my booking needs and I tried out Meety. I was receiving an error from a linking issue on my part and their customer services team reached out to me quickly to resolve the issue. I am extremely happy with their customer service as well as the capabilities of this app. 100% recommend!

If the customer service is anything like the app then the Meety app is perfect! I was a little confused during setup so I reached out to customer service and they got back to me within seconds. They were super fast and very helpful. Helped me to get up and running within minutes. Meety is off to a great start, especially with all the great features.

I have to say, I've been really impressed by this app .. great functionality and features. I've been testing and setting up this app for our bike rental service and its working great. This app has been a game changer for scheduling classes as part of an annual festival. I was having glitches with some of my entries and reached out to the help desk. I received a response within an hour and the issue resolved within the next hour. The next day I was double checking and noticed some other things shifted. I reached back out and not only did they show me how to change things they also updated all the appointment times due to the changes on the back end so I didn't have to do double the work. I'm converting my other store over to this system ASAP! LOVE IT!

Very promising app. It has almost everything that you need for a store where you offer booking services. They are working on the missing features like canceling or rescheduling bookings from the customer's perspective, but it needs to be integrated with the sign-in and login feature. The support is exceptional, very fast reply and very friendly and available.

Une application et une équipe géniale ! J'ai trouvé la solution pour mes réservations en ligne et j'ai été accompagnée dès que j'en ai ressenti le besoin. Un chat intégré à l'appli facilite grandement la communication et il y a toujours quelqu'un pour vous répondre si ce n'est le jour même dès le lendemain ;)
