The customer service is great. So far I really like everything. Also, very easy to navigate setting up especially someone like me who has no tech experience and does not understand most modern IT.

Very easy to use and integrate with my product & services store. Seamless integration allows my customers to book a time slot for my services and simultaneously order products to be shipped at the same time. Very happy with the service, and the live chat function is great for personal support - I spoke with Belle, who was particularly helpful and answered my questions in simple detail that allowed me to go live with my service within 10 minutes of installing the app!

We like how easy it has been to implement the app and we find there is enough flexibility in being able to customise it. I particularly like how I can add custom fields before the checkout page. While testing the app for our product, we notice there are still a few minor interface bugs since the app is in it's beta stage, but the team has been very friendly and prompt in assisting me with all my concerns and open to feedback, so I have no doubt that their product will improve over time. I would recommend it just because the support has been excellent!

Belle! She is truly a blessing in all she does to help me EVERYTIME I have a problem and today, not only did she figure out what I did wrong she fixed it all (which was a bunch of stuff) GIVE HER A RAISE she earned it helping me!

Happy with the app! Though many features I require, for example, having specific time slots for my bookings and not for every week booking, the customer service is very helpful. Recommended!

I've experimented with most of the apps in the space and found this one to be the best suited to my personal needs. The development team has been wildly responsive to questions and feature asks, as well as reasonable about what they can and can't implement quickly to help me get going. I have been researching multiple apps to handle my bookings. This app is still in development but their development team is quickly unlocking more and more features. Their customer service is on point. I've had challenges with my setup and within minutes the issue has gotten resolved due to their customer support. Kudos to Macie, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has resolved so many things efficiently. Keep up the good work!
