This app is very close to what I’ve been looking for, and I’m still exploring all of its features. What really stands out so far is the customer service, every time I’ve reached out, the team has been extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. The app works perfectly and integration with the Shopify flow app is great, so we can send over booking details to our CRM. The Meety support team have been fantastic, helping me with set-up and even made tweaks to some of their Flow app variables to make them more readable etc. In particular, Peony, Macie, Brad, and Irene have all been great.

Customer Service Representative Irene was extremely attentive and patient. They helped me resolve all questions about product usage, including setting up the service items and allocating and scheduling time. Their service attitude was also very good. I am very satisfied—thank you so much!

We were looking for a flexible booking app that integrates with our Shopify website. We have relatively complex bookings for a cellar door with food addons plus events. The setup process was easy and the support has been excellent. We are only at the start of our journey but I am delighted with it so far.

To offer free counseling that leads to product sales on our own site, we decided to set up a booking system in 15-minute intervals. While looking for a good app, we found and installed meety-appointment-booking, but the customization was a bit difficult to figure out. However, with the help of their chat support, we were able to resolve everything and ended up with a very user-friendly booking system. It took a little time, but the support was very patient and helpful. I’m especially grateful to Peony, who assisted me throughout the process. Thank you so much!

Extremely devoted team, they are always available and are super patient to help us out find the right settings. App has a lot of features as well and interface is pretty intuitive. Highly recommend this app - you will not be alone when you'll need help :)
